A graduate faculty running a 14-week certificate in government budgeting. kelupuu's multi-year planning modules form 3 of the 14 weeks, delivered entirely through the platform's interactive assignment system. The collaboration began after a pilot with 38 students in 2019 produced measurably stronger scenario-building results than the prior classroom format.

What a partnership arrangement involves
Partnerships are not licensing deals. Each arrangement is structured around the partner's existing curriculum, participant profile, and delivery calendar. The process typically spans 3 stages over 12–18 months before a full integration is operational.
- Scoping review of the partner's current training structure and participant base, usually 2–3 working sessions
- Curriculum mapping to identify which kelupuu modules align with existing learning outcomes
- Pilot delivery with a cohort of 15–30 participants, followed by a structured debrief
- Multilingual adaptation where required — currently available in 7 languages
- Annual review of content relevance against updated fiscal regulation in the partner's jurisdiction
