What kelupuu actually does

Kelupuu runs structured online workshops focused on multi-year budget planning — the kind that spans 3 to 7 years and involves real trade-offs between capital allocation, risk buffers, and departmental priorities. The workshops are not lectures. Participants work through assignments drawn from real planning scenarios.

The platform supports learners across 38 countries, with content available in 6 languages and exercises calibrated to different regulatory contexts. Each cohort is capped at 24 participants to keep feedback loops tight.

How workshops are structured

  • Step-by-step assignments using live spreadsheet models
  • Peer review built into every module, not optional
  • Scenario exercises with branching outcomes across 3 planning years
  • Facilitator feedback within 48 hours of each submission

"The scenario work in module 3 forced me to confront assumptions I had been carrying for years. I had to model a 5-year capital plan with two different inflation paths simultaneously. It was uncomfortable — and that was the point. By the end I had rebuilt my planning template from scratch."
