All course materials, workshop content, exercises, assignments, videos, documents, and other resources made available through the platform are the exclusive intellectual property of kelupuu or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
5.2 Personal Use Only

5.3 User Submissions

Access to certain workshops, programmes, or features may require payment. All fees are stated at the point of purchase and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with changes taking effect upon renewal or new purchase.
6.2 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase. 6.3 Non-Payment
Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features without prior notice.
